Plans & Pricing
Arkhitects not on a yearly subscription can request to change their plan at any time. The billing cycle for recurring payments is on the first of each month. Therefore, if you change your plan during a given month, the change will take effect on the first of the following month.
A request is any call to Arkhia infrastructure. For all of Arkhia’s APIs, one call = one request.
Starter: 2 Million
Growth: 12.8 Million
Enterprise: Starting at 60 Million
We price our plans in requests rather than compute units because it brings simplicity to our users. With request-based pricing, users don’t have to accurately calculate the correct amount of every call they plan on making in order to ensure they aren’t overpaying for infra they don’t need. This predictability allows for our clients to budget their infra costs better.
Yes, you can downgrade your Arkhia plan at any time, and your plan will automatically downgrade at the start of your next billing cycle.
To curate an Arkhia Growth or Enterprise plan based on your needs, simply click the “Contact Us” button under your Arkhia dashboard and a representative will reach out to get you on a trial. Based on trial metrics and the tools you desire, we will work together to design a plan for you.

For starter plans, simply add your credit card on our website and payment will take place directly within the platform. For Growth plans, you can pay with credit card or bank transfer. Enterprise clients can pay with credit card, bank transfer, or crypto.

Arkhia includes a notification system that alerts you when you are nearing the limit of your dedicated bandwidth. Paid plans can enable AutoScale to surpass this limit and the Arkhitect will pay a fixed fee on the overage requests. If you think you will consistently be passing your limit, reach out to the team and we will adjust your plan accordingly.
A project allows you to segment aspects of your work so you can see specific stats on certain parts of your build. This helps keep work organised and build multiple features simultaneously with ease.
Arkhia currently hosts the following APIs

When equipped with dedicated bandwidth from Arkhia, your connection to the Mirror Node is inaccessible to others. This means that regardless of activity on the network, your performance will remain reliable and performant while inside your dedicated bandwidth quota (based on plan).
